RICS Red Book valuations

Independent valuations of residential and commercial property across London, carried out by Rudy Fattal MRICS, a RICS Registered Valuer.

We provide valuations for a variety of residential, commercial and mixed-use properties for different purposes. This could be for purchasers, tenants, accountancy, tax, probate or other client requirements.

Capital valuations

We provide market value valuations of both residential and commercial property. Prepared in accordance with the Red Book, these give you an independent, properly evidenced assessment of a property's market value — a sound basis for whatever decision the valuation supports.

Rent valuations

We assess rental value for property across London. Rental valuations are relevant in a range of situations, including rent reviews, lease renewals and letting decisions, and call for the same independent, evidence-based approach as a capital valuation.
